Monixibi Shipping Policy
We are proud to offer Free Shipping to our customers worldwide! Please note that we require 1 to 3 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters, or global events that may impact delivery times.
Pre-orders and Backorders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order (or backordered) items, we will ship the available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items once they are back in stock. So, if you receive only a part of your order, don't worry—the rest is on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also ch[1][2]eck the status of your order on our Order Tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@monixibi.net.
Returns
If a return is necessary, the bu[3]yer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed return procedures and conditions.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Monixibi Flagship is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier directly.

地址错误免责声明
买家需自行确保送货地址正确无误。我们会尽快处理和发货订单,因此修改地址的时间窗口非常有限。如果您发现地址填写错误,请立即联系我们 hello@monixibi.net,我们将尽力协助您修改。
退货政策

丢失/被盗包裹
- Monixibi Flagship 不承担丢失或被盗包裹的责任。
