We offer a 30-day return policy.

• Please contact our customer service via email within 30 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale (including all original accessories).
• Once we confirm the return, we will provide the return address and instructions.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product, and will be issued to the original payment method.

You can cancel your order as long as the item hasn't been shipped. Please contact customer service to request a cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process instead.

Available in 4 colors. The replacement process is simple and allows you to choose different colors based on your wearing habits.

Faceplates
Available in 4 colors. Easily swapped with full over-ear cushions by rotating the connecting slot. Change the faceplate, and your headphones instantly look refreshed.

Full Over-Ear Cushions
Available in 4 colors. Combine with the faceplates and attach them to the main unit using the rotating slot for easy assembly and disassembly.

Headband
With over 40 design styles to choose from, featuring a snap-on structure for quick swaps.

Each Rainbow headphone design set includes both full over-ear and half over-ear styles.
